Child Safety Standards

HumanityU — published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

Our commitment

HumanityU has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. No content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is permitted anywhere in the app — including posts, comments, usernames, and profile content.

Prohibited content and conduct

How we enforce

Reporting to authorities

Confirmed CSAM or child endangerment is reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States and equivalent bodies in other jurisdictions, in accordance with applicable law. We preserve and provide evidence to law enforcement as legally required.

How to report a concern

In-app: tap Post options or Comment options, then Report.

By email (child-safety contact, monitored): support@humanityu.app — subject line "CHILD SAFETY". Child-safety reports are handled first.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Compliance

We publish these standards for Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and Apple's App Review Guidelines (1.2 — User-Generated Content). They describe our policy and how to report a concern; they are not a certification of legal compliance in every country.
